4 month old locs

Well everyone I am coming up on 4 months being sister locd on April 5th. I really have been getting a little inpatient because i am ready to get the perm cut out but my loctian wants me to want till i start having buds. I do feel some parts are just a little hard but not hard enough. I am also tired of wearing rod sets but because i still have perm ends there isnt much to do but wear a headband. I realize that this is a process and you have to have patience and i am really trying to.
